Project Description

Innopen Group Kft. was founded on 6 March 2014 by two Hungarian private individuals, one of whom remains the sole (100%) owner of the company to this day. The company's registered seat was in Budapest from its founding until 2018, and has since been located in Dédestapolcsány. The company has no branch offices or additional premises.

The company's primary activity is 7022'08 Business and Management Consultancy, with a significant secondary activity of 6201'08 Computer Programming, encompassing the installation, customisation, and data migration of ERP systems (Odoo) and their individual modules. During the implementation of the system or its components, the company maps clients' business needs into an integrated ERP environment — analysing requirements, deploying the solution, extending functionality where needed, and providing ongoing client support.

The company has hands-on experience across a wide range of business domains: CRM, sales and marketing, finance, project management, HR, manufacturing, service management, and document management. The modern approach, combined with Odoo's ease of use and flexibility powered by the internet, enables the company to deliver high-quality on-premise solutions or Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) cloud solutions for day-to-day business operations.

The company typically provides 1–2 day on-site service engagements at clients' registered offices, branches, or premises. Reaching clients by public transport is often impractical, slow, or unreliable. The company places great emphasis on efficient scheduling to consistently deliver services at the contracted volume and quality.

Environmental protection and sustainable service delivery are core values at InnOpen Group. The company is a committed advocate for environmental stewardship. The adoption of electric vehicles remains low, and fully electric cars are not yet cost-competitive with equivalent internal combustion vehicles. The transport sector is one of the most challenging to decarbonise in the wider economy.

With the support of this grant, the company aims to contribute to achieving the above goals. The planned investment supports the REPowerEU component of Hungary's Recovery and Resilience Plan (RRP), specifically the "Support for Electric Vehicle Procurement by Businesses" investment component, as well as green skills and jobs and the green economy — all in line with the milestones and targets set out in the RRP.
